Shipping 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping depends on your location. We deliver worldwide and ship from our office in Vienna. In Europe the average shipping is 4-5 business days. Overseas may take longer. If you are not sure just text us with your location and we will let you know.

How do I return my Items? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can start a refund here: 
or just text us on Instagram, we have 3 employees checking it hourly. 

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 60 day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.

Where are you located? 

Our office is in Vienna, Austria. Come visit us in Klimschgasse 7.

Product 

Are the products waterproof?

Yes - every Auro Jewelry product is water, sweat and heatproof. We build our products to last.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, all our products are hypoallergenic. You can wear our products 24/7, like we do ourselves. 

Can I buy your items in a store?

We sell exclusively online. We might arrange a office pick up if you're in a real hurry, but other than that this website is the only place to get our premium pieces. 

How do I get featured on your Instagram page? 

Make sure to post a picture of you wearing your favourite Auro piece and use the hashtag #weareauro for a chance to be featured. 

Why is there no german website if you're from Vienna? 

We sell our products all across Europe. We want our corporate identity to be clear and well communicated. We decided to keep it just in English also if we lose some customers through that decision. our brand and quality is our highest trait and we don't make sacrifices when it comes to that. 

Wir sprechen natürlich auch Deutsch oder sogar gscheit's Österreichisch, ihr könnt uns gern auf Deutsch schreiben. Servas und baba!
